The Annual General Meeting for the club will be held Wednesday November 8, 7-9pm at the Beamsville Fleming Centre (Arena).
You do not need to RSVP, it is open to all persons.
The follow are the list of positions up for election.
Vice President, Head Referee, Travel Convener, Select Convener and Final Day Convener

Any topics that you would like to bring to the meeting will need to be submitted to the club by November 1st to be added to the Agenda.
