Lincoln Storm Soccer Club
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the members of the Lincoln Storm Soccer Club will be held on:
Date: Sunday June 14th, 2026
Time: 4:00PM
Location: West Niagara Secondary School, LIBRARY. 5699 King St., Lincoln, On.
The purpose of this meeting is to transact the following agenda:
1. To amalgamate the Lincoln Soccer Club and the Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club Inc.
The proposed resolutions are as follows:
1. Motion to approve the amalgamation of the Lincoln Soccer Club and the Grimsby Town Youth Soccer Club Inc.
2. Motion to approve the Amalgamation Agreement as presented, inclusive of the new amalgamated
By-laws.
3. Motion to approve the Board Transition Plan
Notes:
1) Online and or televoting will not be permitted for this vote.
2) Attending members will need to sign in and your information will be verified, to the relationship with
the club (ie. Board Member, parent of a player, coach, etc.)
